Will a 3D-printed exhibit be admitted at trial?
+
Demonstrative aids are typically admitted through a sponsoring expert — usually a treating physician or retained specialist — who testifies that the model fairly and accurately represents the client's scans. We deliver a documented scan-to-print accuracy chain to support exactly that foundation. Admissibility is always at the court's discretion.
Why are these demonstratives positioned for settlement, not trial?
+
Because that's where they win. Demand packages, mediation, and adjuster negotiations aren't governed by evidence rules — and that's where most case value is actually decided. If your case is going to verdict and you need a recreation in front of a jury, we produce traditional expert-sponsored reconstructions instead.
How do you handle protected health information?
+
Records come to us from your firm, not directly from the patient — so we execute a Business Associate Agreement with your firm, receive imaging over encrypted DICOM upload, restrict access to the production team on your case, and delete or return files per your instruction at close.
What files do you need from me?
+
CT or MRI imaging in DICOM format — whatever your firm already has on file from the records request. Send it over our secure upload link whenever you're ready.
How fast is turnaround?
+
Standard delivery is measured in days, not weeks — we quote an exact date at your consult based on scan quality and complexity.
What about revisions?
+
For prints, you approve the digital model before anything goes to the printer. For video and interactive demonstratives, revision rounds are defined at kickoff and we revise until it lands within them.
How does shipping work?
+
Nationwide insured shipping, packaged for court. Across Florida, we hand-deliver — to your office or to the courthouse steps.
How does billing work for a contingency firm?
+
Every engagement is invoiced per case, so it maps to a single line on that case's ledger and is recoverable as a case cost at resolution. Retainer credits are assigned to specific cases when used, and your statement shows exactly which case each credit funded.
